For pickup or delivery in Van Nuys, Sherman Oaks, Encino, Northridge, Reseda, Woodland Hills, Burbank or another Valley neighborhood, enter the street addresses or ZIP codes in the form. Full addresses give a more precise route than ZIP codes alone.

A short drive can still involve a difficult staircase, a long carry or a narrow turn. Describe the access at both ends, even when the homes are close together. If the piano stays within one property, choose that option and explain the path between its two positions.

Start by choosing the piano type. Add both addresses and describe the stairs or elevator at each end. Next, compare available dates in the calendar. On the fourth step, review the calculated estimate and your details before you submit.

Local upright pricing starts at $275; baby grand and grand pricing starts at $375. The first 10 miles and the first 3 steps at each end are included. Additional distance and steps affect the estimate. A larger grand or unusual access needs review, and instruments outside standard pricing receive a personal quote.

No deposit is collected in this form. Payment is after the move, in cash or by Zelle. Choosing a date submits a request; the crew contacts you to confirm the time and arrangements. See the price guide for the published mileage and stair rules.

Clear the space around the piano and the route to the door. Note driveway slopes, gates, outside steps and parking restrictions. For an apartment, ask about building moving hours and elevator reservations and include them in your notes.

For an upright, a full photo and model name help identify the instrument. For a baby grand or grand, include its length or model and photos of tight turns. Leave the legs and pedal lyre attached for the crew.
